Fixed telepresence camera (eye camera)

This solution requires limited bandwidth only, and should work fine on a modem.

This camera can used both as a camera providing an excellent overview of the collocated arena, and as a detail camera. The camera is fully remotely operated, and it can also take snapshots of occurring situations, an easy way to document highlights in a process.
